SHORT INFO
Our doubles tournament will take place on Saturday June 29th from 1pm to 6pm. Everyone can play, no matter your level! All current and former members are welcome, as well as guests! Send an email to schleifchenturnier@abc-frankfurt.de if you’d like to play.
(Please register individually, you will be assigned changing doubles partners in every round!)
WHO CAN PLAY?
All members and former members of ABC are invited, as well as guests we’ve invited.
Costs will be: 10 EUR for members of ABC and 15 EUR for non-ABC players!
This gets you the opportunity to play all afternoon, free drinks and fruit as well as snacks. ABC also provides all the shuttles for the tournament!
WHERE AND WHEN DO WE PLAY?
We’ll be playing at Valentin-Senger-Schule (Valentin-Senger-Straße, Check the maps below or this Map link), close to Friedberger Warte in the north of Frankfurt . The tournament starts at 1pm and the hall will be open from midday onward for you to warm up. All spectators are very welcome!
WHAT’S THE PLAYING MODE?
Don’t worry if you feel that you’re not strong enough to play: every round, you will be assigned a new partner to play with and our playing mode will ensure you are always paired with a partner and against two other players who will have roughly the same level!
WHAT ABOUT AFTERWARDS?
We will be going out for some food together with everyone after the tournament. We haven’t settled on the exact place, but please tell us if you want to join us afterwards!
